RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

SHIPPING COSTS

DOUBT: If we are going to use free shipping as a weapon for sale, how do we indicate the shipping costs here? Shipping costs are free in the peninsula for purchases over € 30, for other areas they have the following costs, which you can also see broken down during the purchase process depending on the shipping address.

• Peninsula (peninsular Spain and Portugal): € 4.90, FREE for orders over € 30 • Balearic Islands: € 6.50, FREE for orders over € 60

The products offered on the website will be sent only to the aforementioned destinations, no shipments will be made outside the aforementioned delivery area.

DELIVERY TIME

All shipments will be made through SEUR. Unless otherwise indicated, the products will be delivered within 5 to 6 business days to the peninsula and within 6 to 8 business days to the Balearic Islands. The product will only be sent once the payment has been received. If for any reason we cannot serve your merchandise within a maximum period of 30 calendar days stipulated by Law 3/2014, we will ask you to indicate if we have a new additional term, except in the event that this item is no longer available. or the purchase had been made for a specific period and the consumer would have expressed it.

Consequences of withdrawal

SUBSTITUTE ITEM

If the item is not available, we can offer you, without an increase in price, a product with similar characteristics. It is your power to accept the new product as if it were the one initially requested, or to withdraw from your purchase.

GUARANTEES

In the event of a defective product, the seller (OPOA COMPANY) will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, lower the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from when he became aware of it.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Discount codes (both the one granted when registering and those for specific promotions) will be applied to orders of a minimum amount of 60 euros. They can only be used once and cannot be combined with other promotions such as sales or special discounts. The return of items in orders with a promotional code, implies the partial loss of the amount of the code provided that the conditions of use of the same are broken.
